The concept of "evil" suggests an objective measure of "bad."
It no longer suggests that to me. I struggled for a long time to define what an individual might consider to be "evil" -- and it came down to "that individual knowing that they were doing something to someone that they themselves would NOT like to be done back to them".
When I was on what I believed to be my deathbed looking back at my life - I had very few regrets. But those regrets I did have were for the times that I had behaved in the fashion that I describe above.
I am responsible for my own behavior, I can change no-one elses behavior, only my own.
